This really isnt a recipe as much of just a sexy idea on how to dress a burger. Burgers are one of the greatest vehicles we have in the culinary world for literally putting anything and everything on. Taking an Italian approach, I put together this Grilled Brocolini & Romesco Burger with Provolone cheese.
The broccolini was just quickly grilled over wood fire just lightly seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and salt, then taken off once starting to char and allow them to carry over steam the rest. I finished with a nice squeeze of lemon when they came hot off the grill.
