There’s really nothing easier or better than warm lobster bathing in garlic butter… that is until you put it on a burger!
Here’s What You’ll Need:
6 Fresh Ground Burger Patty’s, see my perfect burger post!
2 lobsters, cooked & shelled
1 stick of butter
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 cups fresh spinach, optional
Salt + Pepper to taste!
Fire up the grill and get your burger pattys ready for action. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small sauce pot. When the butter is halfway melted, add the garlic. This will begin to cool down the pan, keep it on medium heat until the rest of the butter is melted then shut it off. Personally, I dont like to really cook the garlic for my lobster salad or lobster rolls. Keeping it in the hot butter will infuse it while also taking that sharp astringsecy away form the garlic. Reserve to the side.
When the burgers are just about there, heat your butter back up and add the lobster meat. Slowly keep it moving to ensure the lobster is completely covered and bathing in garlic butter, add the parsley.
For dressing these guys you can kind of go off book and add whatever you’d like. Grill the buns and begin building, I used raw spinach for some fresh crunch in each bite but you can use arugula, lettuce or just opt for no greens.
