“Smoked” Mango! 🥭

This really couldn’t be simpler, think of like fruit leather x10. I thought using super ripe mangos would be best but this actually is better with slightly under ripe fruit. If they’re to ripe the texture gets a little to sot, I like the firmer flesh to better stand up to the long bake.
1 tablespoons smoked paprika, you can use regular but this is where our only smoke flavor is coming form
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 to 1 tablespoon sugar, depending on the mango
Mix everything together till well coated, place them on a cooling rack and in a 200 oven for about 2-3 hours. Again, depending on the ripeness and thickness you cut the mango but play around and have fun! You can take em further or even shorter depending on your preference.
