Strawberry butter is everything you didn’t know you were missing 🍓

Disclaimer, before the internet shouts at me for calling late July strawberry season, this was my first “butter” video I made back in June, which is why they look as nice as they do!

For the butter

1 pint of strawberries, hulled & cleaned

1/2 lemon, zested

1/2 lemon, juiced

1# of grass fed butter

Good pinch of salt

Blitz your butter until smooth, find a perfect @coldspringcoffe almond croissant to slather it on and you’re in good company ❤️
